End-to-End Planner for ambitious and engaged Supply Chain.

In Global Planning, we are 10 dedicated supply chain specialists, who play an important role in the implementation of Topsoes new journey, and the transformation of our company. As our End-to-End Planner you own the operational and tactical planning end-to-end, and will ensure transparency of the requirement and imbalances through the monthly process. You will be responsible and a key player in securing global standards and robust processes for planning and to lift the planning to its next level.

You will act as the critical link between the operations, procurement and commercial and will also play an active role in the implementation of a solution in how to create even more transparency in the planning. A non-exhaustive list of tasks could look like this:

• Implement Advanced Planning for the production and procurement of materials
• Full planning horizon in SAP ePPDS from the operational level to the tactical horizon including placement of PO’s to suppliers.
• Maintain and act upon SAP exception reports daily – in particular manage process orders, due dates and highlight immediately any risks to order fulfilment and risks to stock levels in monthly S&OP process
• Setup and plan for specific lines in FRS, but also ensure global overview.
• Own and drive the design, structure & content of the monthly S&OP supply reviews
• Maintain and optimize stock levels and secure right safety stocks levels
• Create transparent trade-off scenarios as input for decision making based on trustworthy and reliable data within the monthly cycle.
• Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure high delivery performance and in time in full
• Support the design, development and implementation of planning process improvements and be an advocate for the Global Integrated Planning organization.

We are offering an attractive position as End-to-End Planner with responsibility for developing, executing and design the different planning processes within Topsoe.

The right attitude is not enough to apply; you need 1-3 years of practical experience working with integrated supply chain planning process landscapes within a process industry and/or technology-service environment. Experience of and a demonstrated ability to implement, execute and improve “good” operational and tactical processes are prerequisites. You need to have knowledge of a S&OP cycle, supply planning of either finished goods and/or raw materials and preferable have touched base with a production environment. You will work closely with our production site in Frederikssund and therefore it is a demand that you speak and write Danish fluent.

You understand the interconnectivity between commercial and operations processes and have proficiency in SAP ePPDS, APS solutions, Business Warehouse, excel and power point.  You will ideally have hands on practical experience from a production plant and/ or with external manufactory.

You need to be structured, with a high level of analytical understanding and high degree of detail insight. You are dynamic in your approach, not afraid of setting the scene and have good communication skills and can manage cross-functional in the organization.
