The link between the IT landscape and logistics

Are you fluent in logistic systems’ integrations and would you like to drive and improve the logistic systems landscape? Then you could be our missing link.

As our new Logistic Systems Integration Expert, you will be responsible for initiating, implementing, and maintaining integrations and configurations of logistic systems in Scandinavia.

Logistic mind-set and IT toolbox

Antalis is located on several locations in Scandinavia, and your role will be to drive and improve the MIS/IT logistic integrations.

We have a complex overall IT landscape and to be able to drive and improve the logistic part of it, it is important that you have an understanding of logistic processes.

Further to this, your toolbox consists of experience with:

• WMS – Astro
• TMS – Consigner
• SQL queries
• Different systems integration

If you also have experience with ERP systems and project management, it is an advantage.

You will be part of a committed and professional MIS & IT team in Scandinavia of 8 people and will be in close cooperation with the Baltic & Finnish and HQ IT team.

The working hours are flexible 7.00 – 17.00 and you will have the possibility to work from home from time to time. You can be based either in Holstebro (DK) or in Stockholm (SE).

Strong IT profile with a commercial understanding

You are able to see IT projects from a business angle, which will help you in the coordinating role that you will have between MIS/IT and the organization. You are not afraid to initiate actions where needed in our supply chain.

As we are a small department and mostly work independently with our own tasks, it is key that we still are all team players and manage to align the things we do.
You understand the importance of creating and maintaining relationships and have a positive approach to your surroundings and your tasks.

You structure your activities throughout the process from idea to follow-up, ensure compliance with deadlines and do not miss the details, even if things are moving fast and ensure that your projects and tasks are in line with the overall strategy.

You have a higher education in IT, or relevant experience in the area, and you understand the link between IT, Logistics and the business. It is an advantage if you have experience from a larger, international company.
You master English at a high level. A good understanding of the Scandinavian languages will be an advantage.
