Ambu is seeking a Quality Compliance Specialist, Global Procurement

Are you passionate about Procurement Quality Compliance? In the role as Quality Compliance Specialist, Global Procurement, you will be our lead assuring documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement within this area.
You will be part of Global Procurement and as such enjoy support from colleagues across Denmark, Malaysia, China, USA, and Mexico who possess extensive experience in procurement and sourcing. Additionally, you will work closely with highly qualified stakeholders of Corporate QA/RA. Your work location will be at our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.
As Quality Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve end to end procurement policies and processes considering quality and regulatory requirements
• Assure documentation compliance, inspection readiness and support NCRs and CAPAs
• Act as Global Procurement’s audit lead for internal and Notified Body audits
Key competences
• You have as minimum a B.S., or equivalent, within a scientific/technical disciplin
• Hands-on experience in the end-to-end procurement processes and QA/QC compliance of large-scale organizations, preferably within medical devices and/or pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge within global quality standards and regulations within medical devices (e.g. ISO13485, FDA)
• Internal Lead Auditor Certification and experienced in executing audits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, by an open and collaborative approach
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business with a track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders for change
