General terms and conditions
Courses, education and seminars
Invoice and confirmation will be forwarded at registration. All prices are excl. 25% sales tax.
The prices include (if not stated otherwise):
- Refreshments
- Accommodation, if the course covers multiple days
- Course material
Note!
If the course lasts multiple days, the accommodation throughout the length of the course is included in the price, and we recommend participants to take advantage of/participate in the full arrangement. It is considered a whole package, and therefore, DILF cannot reimburse the cost equivalent to the accommodation, if this is not used. Accommodation and refreshments in addition to the course arrangements are NOT included in the price.
Course certificate
The participant will receive a certificate as documentation for completing the course.
Payment
The deadline for payment by invoice is 14 days from the invoice date.
Cancellation
An administration fee of 500 DKK will be charged by cancellation up until 3 weeks before the course.
By cancellation later than 3 weeks before the course, the full course fee must be paid.
Upon absence from the course, the full course fee will be charged.
Transfer of participant spot
It is possible, for registered participants, to transfer their spot to a colleague, if the registered participant is unable to attend. The transfer must happen via e-mail to mail@dilf.dk and must contain information of name, title, e-mail and name of company. Member discount cannot be transferred. The invoice will be adjusted in accordance with the member status of the new participant.
Cancellation by DILF
DILF reserves the right to cancel the event in case of less than 6 registrations.
Upon cancellation, the paid course fee will be refunded. DILF is not responsible for reimbursement of additional expenses to the participant if the course is cancelled. This includes expenses of possible hotel accommodation and other additional expenses.
Change in course date
DILF reserves the right to change the date of the course until 5 days before the course. If the participant is unable to attend on the new date, the participant can transfer the spot to another without further costs. If this is not possible, the participant can be transferred to the next course date and be guaranteed a spot on the course. If this is neither possible, DILF will refund the payment. DILF is not accountable for possible added expenses in relation to the change of date. This includes expenses of possible hotel accommodation and other additional expenses.
Conference and theme day terms and conditions

Payment

Cancellation
Unless stated otherwise in the program, the following conditions for cancellation are applied:
- By cancellation up until 30 days before the event, the participation fee can be reimbursed – deducted by 10% in administration fee.
- By cancellation up until 14 days before the event, 50% of the participation fee must be paid.
- Cancellation later than 14 days before the event results in full payment.
Transfer of participation spot

If the participant is unable to attend on the new date, the participant can transfer the spot to another without further costs. If this is not possible, DILF will refund the payment. DILF is not accountable for possible expenses in relation to the change of date. This includes expenses of possible hotel accommodation and other additional expenses.
Network of competence
Invoice and final registration will take place when you and DILF have confirmed the admission in the network. Hereafter, invoice and confirmation will be forwarded.
By cancellation up until 14 days before the first meeting of the network, the participation fee can be reimbursed – deducted by 10% in administration fee. If the cancellation happens later than 14 days prior the first meeting, the participation fee will not be reimbursed. However, it is possible to substitute a colleague or transfer to a different network, conditioned by the approval of the network and a DILF membership. In case of this, DILF shall be notified.
Short sessions
All registrations will be confirmed in writing when the registration is received.
As a member of DILF, you can participate in short sessions free of charge. Non-members can participate for a fee of 500 DKK, excl. sales taxes.
Registration is required for DILF’s short sessions, and the registration is binding (by cancellation, non-members cannot be reimbursed). A possible cancellation shall happen via e-mail to mail@dilf.dk. DILF imposes a “no-show-fee” in case a participant does not attend and has not, prior to the event, cancelled by mail. The “no-show-fee” totals 500 DKK, excl. sales tax.

In relation to changes in the law, we have outlined our terms and conditions, so it is easier for you to understand how we use the given information and how we protect your data.
Management of personal data
The collection of personal information with DILF is within the norms of existing legislations and the EU general data protection regulation (GDPR). The data you provide is saved due to the current legislation, for example in compliance with the accounting act and the marketing practices act.
The purpose of this collection of information serves different aspects:
- To meet our expectations to you as a member or recipient of services – as for example, purchase, invoice and customer/member(ship) service.
- Customer and member(ship) service. To carry out/perform customer and member service via web, e-mail or phone. Answering questions in relation to your order or previous order, correcting mistakes and guiding.
- We tell you what we believe you would find relevant.
- To improve your experience with events, courses and conferences.
- To comply with current legislation.
Profiling
DILF forms individual customer and member profiles based on the gathered data across all data sources/categories, with the purpose to improve your experience with DILF and creating personalized offers and services.
Info mails
By registering to events or by registering as a member, you are signed up to receive our info mails once a week. These messages are sent via our third-part software and comply with GDPR’s requirements for data protection. As a member, part of the service is the reception of info mails, and by unsubscribing to this, your membership will be altered. If you are not a member, you can unsubscribe to the info mails at any time by contacting the office of secretary on mail@dilf.dk.
Access to data including modification, update and removal of data
As a member or part of our network, you have the right to access your collected data categories (article 15, 16 and 17), and you can object to registration under the relevant rules in the EU general data protection regulation (GDPR). At relevant request, we will update, change or remove the personal information we hold, with reservation for violation of the legislation.
We can refuse requests that demand disproportionate technical interference (for example development of a new system or an extensive change of existing processes) or affect other individuals’ personal data. All requests regarding this must be directed to the office of secretary via mail@dilf.dk
