Mölnlycke implemented a new calculated forecast tool and process end of 2016. The challenge for Mölnlycke was not only related to the new tool itself, but also to the process and people aspects.
The presentation will outline the challenges Mölnlycke experienced with its previous model, the reason for change as well as an overview of the functionality of the new forecasting tool. In addition, some of the key learnings of such project will be shared.
