Planning 2012 - Workshop – How to improve your S&OP

14th November 2012

This workshop will provide you with insights and inspiration on how to achieve the full potential from your S&OP process. It will help you enhance the impact of your existing process or inspire you on how to achieve the full impact if you have not embarked your journey yet.

Many companies see a large potential in improving their Sales and Operations Planning (taking it to the next level). You will get the opportunity to work within your special focus areas - which you will select prior to the workshop – and thereby improve the involvement of sales and marketing, ensure top management focus, reduce your S&OP process time, structure an efficient decision-making process and avoid the suicide quadrant (too much focus on detail data).

The workshop participants will be provided with a lot of inspiration and tools for improving their S&OP process and achieving an enhanced impact.

The workshop will focus on close interaction with the participants based on specific challenges. This will be facilitated through teamwork, discussions and presentations of methods and tools.

The workshop will have a practical approach, and the participants will be provided with specific processes and tools to be applied in their everyday practice in further developing existing processes.

Enrollment is limited, and access will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Persons participating in the conference will be given first priority.

Target group

Anyone interested in being in control of supply and demand, e.g. S&OP managers, S&OP planners, sales, marketing, logistics and production planners as well as persons interested in a practical day with focus on involvement of participants, practical tools and training within executive Sales and Operations Planning.

The workshop will be conducted in English.
